When you start a brand new RSVP page, there will already be an event block ready to use. That event block title will say Enter Event Name - use that title to name your events.
To add additional events, click on the + Event button to add a new section. Our recommendation is to add an event block for each event that you have (Wedding, Ceremony, Rehearsal Dinner, Brunch, etc.)
Watch the video tutorial above on how to setup your RSVP page and track RSVPs.
Once you’ve added an event block, you’ll see an option to ask for meal selections and dietary requirements. If you leave those options blank, they will not show up for your guests.
To remove the meal options from showing up for your guests, simply delete ALL text from those meal fields! Make sure there are no spaces - nothing - and so long as they are empty, those meal options will NOT show up for your guests.

To ask a custom question, add a new section by clicking the + Question button. One of the section types is Dropdown or Custom - select which one you want and customize however you want.

Standard subscription RSVPs will always have the option for your guests to “add invited guest” (the button that appears on the form). In that way, your guests will come to your form, fill out their personal RSVP and then add and RSVP for each guest they were invited with.
Only with a Premium subscription can you remove the “add invited guest” button. You can do that by turning on Restrict Access to My Contacts (navigate to the Website Editor > URL & Settings) with a Premium subscription.
Please test it on this sample website! Log into this site as "John Smith", and then navigate to the RSVP form. This is how Premium RSVPs can work with Restict Access to My Contacts. You'll notice the RSVP form auto-fills with all the guests in John Smith's household, and John needs to RSVP for each person in his family. Note, also, that anyone in John's family can log into the website and they will see the same RSVP form.

The reason the "add invited guest" button is needed is so your guests have the opportunity to add any guests that they might have been invited with. If you do not want a Premium subscription, we recommend adding some text at the top of your RSVP form like: "Please only RSVP for the guests that were invited in your party. The people invited in your party are noted on the invitation that was sent to you. Thank you!"
However, if you have Restrict Access to My Contacts turned on (with a Premium subscription), our system checks your Contacts each time someone logs into your site. So, if "John Smith" logs into the site, the system auto-fills all the poeple in John Smith's household on the RSVP form.
Please note that if you restrict access and have your guests login by name or email, then you cannot also have the "add invited guest" button - you have to choose one or the other.

Watch the video tutorial below on how to limit your guest list and restrict site access to your Contats.
With a Premium subscription you can limit and manage your RSVPs to exactly who is uploaded to your Contacts.
When a guest logs into your site the RSVP form will auto-fill with the names of the people in their household (however you set it up in your Contacts).
Please test your site once it’s all set up! Visit your website and log into your site as if you were one of your guests. You will see exactly what your guest will see, and it’s a perfect way to make sure everything is working just how you want it to.

If you want to stop taking RSVPs, our recommendation is to simply HIDE your RSVP page! In the bottom left of each page is the option to SHOW or HIDE your page - just HIDE the RSVP page and then you won't lose any of your RSVP data, your guests can't RSVP anymore, and you can turn it back on very easily if you change your mind!
We get this question a lot - "What is the best way to take early RSVPs, but then ask for meal choices at a later date?"
Based on expereince, our strong recommendation is to take RSVPs once. And, when you take RSVPs, ask all the questions you need to! Generally speaking, it’s hard enough to get guests to RSVP once, let alone to have them come back to answer more questions. If you do that, it's likely to make tracking RSVPs a bit more challenging.
BUT, if you want to ask meal questions at a later date, our recommendation is to use the RSVP form on the wedding website, but simply have your guests confirm their attendance as part of the follow-up request. So, for the attendance question, you can re-phrase it to something like “Please quickly confirm your attendance!”. And then your guests can fill out their attendance confirmation, alongside their meal choices and anything else you want to collect.
Please note that the view you see might just be some of your RSVP information. Use the event dropdown to show event specific RSVP information.
Or, Export your RSVP data at any time. Your RSVP export will always have all of the information.
Hover on a row and select the checkbox to the left of the guest’s name. Delete and confirm.
In the RSVP header there is a Reset RSVPs button. Please note that this is final! If you reset your RSVPs and confirm, that data cannot be recovered.
Hover and click on a row of any guest to edit the RSVPs for that guest.
Alternatively, you can always visit or log into your site as any guest, and RSVP on their behalf. When you do that, the RSVP will show up for that guest accordingly.
Once you've received an RSVP, the data on your RSVP page will be set / displayed in the way your form is collecting the data. If you then edit your RSVP form to add questions, edit questions, etc. your data may be impacted.
We always recommend getting your RSVP form set and final, making sure your RSVP data has been reset so that the data is clean, and then asking your guests to RSVPs.
To delete an old or test event in your RSVP data, look in the column headers for a small down arrow. That arrow is only present for events that are not live on your RSVP form. Click on it to delete that column & data.
Occassionally, a guest might have an issue logging into your wedding website. In our experience, there are a few things to check before reaching out to customer service:
1. Test the login yourself. Try to login as one of those guests, and see if you also get a login error. If you are able to login successfully, then the issue is user error - have your guest try again.
2. Go to your My Contacts to see if there are extra spaces before or after their name. Typically, it should not matter, but sometimes it can be an issue. So, if there are extra spaces, make sure to delete them.
3. Go to your My Contacts and check if you have their names in Contact list twice. That’s the most common issue we see! If their name is in your Contacts twice, it will cause a conflict (resulting in the login error). If you see the name twice, delete one of them and then everything should work!
At the core, a RSVP form is just a web form, and some bots will occassionally find them. We do our absolute best to filter those out (without filtering legit RSVPs), but sometimes they just get through (even if your RSVP is "hidden").
If get a few spam RSVPs, please know there nothing to worry about and your site is totally secure! Just delete them! The only 100% foolproof way to stop them is to password protect the site.
